You are reading the Itinerary of Luxury Alova Cruise – one of biggest cruises in Halong Bay serving medium class customers with decent food, safe cruises, friendly staff. The ship has much bigger size than other normal cruises. It can host maximum 70 passengers aboard. However, to guarantee the comfort, there are normally maximum 60 passengers aboard.

THINGS TO BRING & TO KNOW

  • Passport with valid visa
  • Some cash in Vietnamese Dong / USD for personal expenses
  • Sun block or insect repellent, sport shoes
  • Bring something warm to wear [From Dec till March]
  • Please be ready on time for our pick up service
  • We do not accept credit card payment on board
  • Outside beverage has applicable corkage fee
  • Travel light, as you can please arrange to keep big luggage at your hotel

  • Itinerary is subject to change upon weather conditions
  • Doctor and Pharmacy are not available on Alova Day Cruise
  • If you hotel/ stay is not located in the Hanoi old Quarter, please come to our office at 7.45 am to get on shuttle bus.
  • We arrive back in Hanoi between 8:30pm & 9:00pm – if you have to catch a flight, bus or train later in the evening, contact us to assist you with your schedule and transportation choices.

Itinerary
  • Day 1 Halong Bay Full Day on Luxury Alova Cruise with Transfer and Lunch

    08:30 – 09:15 AM: Bus and guide pick you up from hotel / stay and follow the new high way to depart for Tuan Chau Island, Halong City, stop over for a rest on the way

    12:00:  Arriving Tuan Chau Harbor, welcome aboard, and safety briefing, enjoy Buffet Lunch (from 30 customers).

    The ship will take you on an over 5 hours journey via 2 day-sleeper boat cruise route which renowned for its striking, passages uninhabited islets and outcrops have been given imaginative names by the locals, due to their perceived shapes, including Cock Fighting and Thumb, while enjoy Vietnamese mouth-watering lunch on boat.

    13:45: Arriving Bo Hon archipelago, you will visit Surprising Cave to see a lot of stalagmites and stalactites with different shapes of sea lives, the go kayaking or bamboo boat in Luon Cave to discovery the beautiful lagoon.

    Visiting Titov Island with sandy beach adjacent to the towering limestone mountain with excellent backdrop of the Bay, and climb up Peak for a panoramic view of the bay like paradise.

    16:30: Returning to Cruise with Afternoon Tea  and cruising back toward Tuan Chau harbor. There are a lot of time for sunbathing on upper deck with Sunset Party, music, enjoy great fun of group touring fellows among world iconic natural scenery.

    18:00:  Disembarking for going back on the new high way to Hanoi.

    20:30: Dropping off at your hotel / stay, trip ends.

  • Kayaking/ Bamboo Boat ( 50.000 – 80.000 VNĐ)
  • Government tax 10% and personal expenses
  • Beverages, travel insurance, tax, tips for tour guide and personal expenses
  • Children from 5 to 8 years old charge 75%. From 9 years old up charge 100%, The children under 4 years old free ( exclusive of entrance ticket, meal)

  • Child under 04 years old: FOC
  • Child under 12 years old: 75% of adult fare
Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy for deposited Tours:

  • If you cancel your booking, your deposit will not be refunded
  • If you are a “no-show” on the morning of the trip, for whatever reason, you will lose your deposit

Cancellation policy for full charged Tours:

  • Up to 48 hours before the start of the activity: 50% refund
  • Less than 48 hours before the start of the activity or in the event of a no-show: no refund
  • Flight delayed, food poisoning, getting sick unable to attend tour. Under those circumstances, we agree to reschedule your start date with an additional charge of 50% of the total tour cost
  • The refund is done using the same payment method. In the event of credit cards which are charged monthly, the amount shall be credited at the end of the current invoicing period. The exact time of the refund depends on the user’s credit card agreement. The refund by bank transfer shall be done within seven bank working days.
    Note: Refunds will ALWAYS be issued through Paypal
