Cancellation Policy

Should you choose to cancel a booking, Luxury Ninh Binh must be notified by email. The cancellation fee will be applied under the following conditions:

– More than 7 days before departure 0 % charge

– From 2 to 6 days before departure: 50% of the payment charged

– From 48 hours before the tour starts: 100% of the payment charged

– Turning up late to the starting point of the tour for whatever reason is considered a late cancellation and will result in 100% of the payment charged.

Children Policy:

– Children under 04 years old: Free of charge

– Children 05 to 10 years old: Charge 75% rate of adult

– Children from 11 years old and above: full charged as adult

13.20 Get on the van take you to Tranq An harbors for the bamboo Boat trip to visit the AMAZING Landscape call Halong on land, Board the sampan boats (2 to 4 people share a boat) traditional sampan gently rowed own the exquisite river through numerous caves; Hang Toi (Dack) cave, 320 meter long, Sang (Light) cave, 90 meter long, and Hang Nau Ruou (Cooking wine) cave, 250 meter long.…. 16.20: Leave Ninh Binh and drive straight back to Hanoi.

Cancellation policy for deposited Tours:
a. If you cancel your booking, your deposit will not be refunded
b. If you are a “no-show” on the morning of the trip, for whatever reason, you will lose your deposit

Cancellation policy for full charged Tours:
a. Up to 48 hours before the start of the activity: 50% refund
b. Less than 48 hours before the start of the activity or in the event of a no-show: no refund
c. Flight delayed, food poisoning, getting sick unable to attend tour. Under those circumstances, we agree to reschedule your start date with an additional charge of 50% of the total tour cost
d. The refund is done using the same payment method. In the event of credit cards which are charged monthly, the amount shall be credited at the end of the current invoicing period. The exact time of the refund depends on the user’s credit card agreement. The refund by bank transfer shall be done within seven bank working days.
